Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24+ price in India
The Samsung Galaxy S24 series, which includes the Galaxy S24 Ultra, Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24+ , was launched by the company on Wednesday. The latest flagship smartphone from the South Korean tech group features a Dynamic AMOLED 2X display up to 6.8 inches diagonal and a main camera up to 200 megapixels. The top-end Galaxy S24 Ultra model is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset paired with 12GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage. All three phones in the series run One UI 6.1 based on Android 14 and will receive seven Android OS updates and seven years of security patches, matching Google’s support window for the Pixel 8 series phones.
Samsung has revealed some of the features available on the Galaxy S24 series and many of them are powered by artificial intelligence (AI). The smartphones are equipped with ProVisual Engine, which offers features like generative image editing using artificial intelligence, a new instant slow motion feature, and support for Super HDR in third-party applications.

Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra price in India to starts from Rs. ₹1,29,999 for the base configuration with 12GB + 256GB RAM and internal storage. It also comes in 12GB+512GB and 12GB+1TB variants priced at Rs. 1,39,999 and Rs. 1,59,999 respectively. The phone will be available in Titanium Grey, Titanium Violet and Titanium Black colours. Those who purchase the phone online will be able to choose between three exclusive colours: Titanium Blue, Titanium Green, and Titanium Orange.
The company will sell the Galaxy S24 in 8GB+256GB and 8GB+512GB models at a price of Rs. 79,999 and Rs. 89,999. Meanwhile, you can buy the Galaxy S24+ in 12GB + 256GB configuration for Rs. 99,999 and the 12GB + 512GB model is priced at Rs. 1,09,999. The Galaxy S24 will be available in Amber Yellow, Cobalt Violet, and Onyx Black colours, while the Galaxy S24+ will be offered only in Cobalt Violet and Onyx Black colours. The phones are also available in Sapphire Blue and Jade Green colours, but are available online only.
Pre-booking for all Galaxy S24 models begins today online and via retail stores. Customers who pre-book the Galaxy S24 Ultra and Galaxy S24+ will get a benefit of worth Rs. 22000. Benefits include a free upgrade to the 512GB storage variant when you pre-order the 256GB variant. You will also get an upgrade bonus of Rs. 12000. Galaxy S24 will get benefits worth Rs. 15,000 only including upgrade bonus.

Samsung Galaxy AI : All new features
Here are all the new features included in the Galaxy AI suite and what they can do.
- Live translation – Galaxy AI’s Live Translation feature will be a real lifesaver for those who travel frequently. This will allow you to talk on the phone with another user who speaks another language, with very fast translation in real time. You no longer need to wait for the other person to speak your language and then translate it into your language over the phone.
Interpreter – Similar to Live Translation, Interpreter instantly puts live conversations into split-screen mode so that people on either side of the screen can instantly see a translation of what’s happening in real time while the other person is speaking.
Chat Support – Using the Samsung Keyboard, Galaxy S24 series users will be able to type messages and instantly change the tone to a lighter or more professional tone. They will also be able to create subtitles and translate messages in real time into 13 languages on the social network.
Android Auto – On Galaxy AI phones connected to Android Auto in the car, incoming messages are automatically summarized in real time, which is useful for longer texts. The feature will also suggest appropriate responses and actions so you can pay more attention to the road.
Note Assist – Using Samsung Notes, Note Assist will help users create AI-generated summaries of long, disorganized notes. Even completely unstructured notes can be simplified using predefined formats. It also supports creating cover pages to make your notes easier to find.
Circle to Search – While we don’t know if this feature will be exclusive to Samsung Galaxy S24 users, Circle to Search is a collaboration with Google Search. It allows users to press and hold the home button and use their fingers or the S-Pen to instantly track any object on the screen.
A small tab will open at the bottom containing quick search results in the form of text or images with information about what you circled. The best part is that it will work in any application at any time. This way, users will be able to do things like circle an object in the middle of a YouTube video and get the results shown below without leaving the app.
Instant Slow Motion – The Samsung Galaxy S24 series allows users to instantly turn any video into slow motion by simply tapping and holding the screen. Using AI-based frame interpolation (artificial frames inserted between real frames), a 120fps video can be converted to a 240fps slow-motion video in less than a second.
Editing suggestions – Galaxy AI can also suggest appropriate edits for each photo you take. These can range from simple contrast or highlight changes to complex selective changes to changing/removing things like reflections and highlights to specific parts of the image.
Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra Specifications
The dual-SIM (Nano) Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra runs on One UI 6.1 based on Android 14 out of the box. It features a 6.8-inch AMOLED display with Quad-HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 1 to 120Hz. The latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip is paired with 12GB of RAM.
Samsung has equipped the Galaxy S24 Ultra with four cameras, which include a 200-megapixel main camera with an f/1.7 aperture, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera with an f/2.2 aperture, and a 50-megapixel telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom and f/3.4 aperture, and a 10-megapixel camera with f/2.4 aperture. For selfie and video calling, the phone has a 12-megapixel front camera with f/2.2 aperture.

Samsung Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+ Specifications
The Samsung Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24+ have some of the same specifications as the Galaxy S24 Ultra. The standard model has a 6.2-inch Full HD+ display, while the Galaxy S24+ has a 6.7-inch quad-HD+ display – both phones offer the same display features as the Ultra model. The company has not yet revealed the processor that will power the Galaxy S24 and S24+. These phones will come with 8GB and 12GB RAM respectively.
Samsung has equipped both phones with a 50-megapixel wide-angle camera with F/1.8 aperture, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera with F/2.2 aperture, and a 10-megapixel telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and f/2.4 aperture. The smartphone has the same selfie camera as the Galaxy S24 Ultra.
Both models offer up to 512GB of internal storage and the same connectivity options as the Galaxy S24 Ultra, with one exception: these models support Wi-Fi 6E networks. The Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24+ are equipped with 4000 mAh and 4900 mAh batteries, respectively, with support for 25W and 45W wired charging. They also have IP68 support for dust and water resistance. The standard model measures 147×70.6×7.6mm and weighs 167 grams, while the S24+ model measures 158.5×75.9×7.7mm and weighs 196 grams.
